1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using N2Query ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
N2Query is a natural language MySQL client service provided by BT Computing that allows users to:
- Query MySQL databases using natural language
- Edit database records directly through the interface
- Access database information without writing SQL code
- Process queries using advanced LLM technology
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Prohibited Activities
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' databases
- Transmitting malicious code or harmful content
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with the service's operation
3.2 Data Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your database credentials
- You must ensure your database is properly secured and backed up
- You are responsible for any data loss or corruption
- You must comply with your organization's data policies
4. Service Availability
4.1 Uptime Commitment
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices include:
- We only collect your email address for account management
- Database credentials are never stored on our servers
- Queries are processed in memory and immediately discarded
- No query history or database information is retained
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Free Tier
- 5 queries per day at no cost
- Basic natural language processing
- Standard support
6.2 Pro Tier
- per month or annually
- Unlimited queries
- Advanced features and priority support
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
7. Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund from the initial purchase date for all purchases made through our payment provider. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
8. Human-Driven Services
N2Query is an automated software service. We do not provide human-driven or manual services as part of the product offering, and we do not use human reviewers to examine your database content or queries. Our support team may assist with general account and billing questions, but this assistance is not part of the automated service delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
BT Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
- We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service interface. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
