We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund from the initial purchase date for all purchases made through our payment provider. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

N2Query is an automated software service. We do not provide human-driven or manual services as part of the product offering, and we do not use human reviewers to examine your database content or queries. Our support team may assist with general account and billing questions, but this assistance is not part of the automated service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

BT Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
